Bio:
Founded in 1843 in Copenhagen, Ipsens Enke Ceramic Factory became known for its naturalistic and symbolist ceramic works. During the 1920s, the factory produced a series of figures and bowls inspired by the era’s fascination with exotic and historical subjects, executed with great technical precision and decorative finesse.
