Oval dish, early 20th century.
Hand-decorated porcelain with hand-painted blue floral motifs and gilt accents along the shaped rim. Classic oval form with softly raised center and finely modelled details.

Origin: Germany, Meissen.
Material: Porcelain.
Dimensions: H. 4 cm, D. 22 cm, L. 30 cm.
Period: Early 20th century.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of use. Marked with Meissen crossed swords, cancelled with two incised lines.

Founded in 1710, Meissen Porzellanmanufaktur was Europe’s first producer of true hard-paste porcelain. Renowned for its exquisite hand-painting and technical mastery, its blue crossed swords remain one of the world’s oldest registered trademarks.
