Bio:
Wilhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was head designer at Gustavsberg from 1917 and a key figure in Swedish Art Deco. The Argenta series, introduced in the 1930s, combines cool turquoise glazes with silver inlays and is considered an icon of Nordic ceramic design.
