Bio:
Sven Jonson (1914–1987) was a Swedish ceramic artist and designer associated with Gustavsberg, where he contributed to the development of their glazed stoneware lines from the 1950s to the 1970s. The “Lagun” series is highly prized for its deep, translucent blue glaze and architectural form — a hallmark of Gustavsberg’s ceramic modernism.
