Bio:
Anna-Lisa Thomson (1905–1952) was one of Sweden’s most distinctive ceramic artists, known for her nature-inspired forms and sensitive glazes at Upsala Ekeby. Her work combined functionalism with poetic, organic expression and had a lasting influence on post-war Swedish ceramics. Model 1034 was produced in the 1960s, continuing her characteristic design language.
