Elegant cylindrical vase in glazed stoneware with a tall, slender neck and warm brown-red and dark tones in a characteristic Stålhane glaze.

Bio:
Carl-Harry Stålhane (1920–1990) was one of Rörstrand’s most significant ceramic artists. His work blends Scandinavian simplicity with technical mastery, highlighted by deep, nuanced glazes and balanced, sculptural forms. Stålhane played a central role in Rörstrand’s mid-century development, and his pieces remain highly sought after for their refined craftsmanship and timeless aesthetic.
