Set of five ruby-red red wine glasses with rounded bowls and profiled stems. The deep red colour is characteristic of Reijmyre’s mid-century production.

Origin: Sweden.
Designer: Reijmyre Glasbruk.
Material: Mouth-blown glass.
Dimensions: H. 11 cm, D. 8 cm.
Period: 1950s.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of use.

Bio:
Reijmyre Glasbruk, founded in 1810, is one of Sweden’s oldest active glassworks and is especially known for its richly coloured utilitarian glass. The ruby-red pieces became iconic during the 1950s and 60s, and today these saturated service glasses are sought after for their distinctly Scandinavian mid-century character.
