Bio:
Marianne Westman (1928–2017) was one of Rörstrand’s most beloved designers during the 1950s and 60s, responsible for iconic series such as “Picknick” and “Mon Amie”. Her work is characterised by playful motifs, clear colours and a modernist expression that elevated everyday tableware to decorative design pieces. Today, her designs are highly sought after by collectors of Scandinavian ceramics and design.
