Elegant dish in the “Blue Fluted Plain” porcelain series with a gently scalloped, six-sided form. Decorated with hand-painted cobalt-blue floral on the fluted body – a fine example of Royal Copenhagen craftsmanship from the early 20th century.

Condition: Very good condition with light signs of wear. Marked with the Royal Copenhagen stamp, cancelled with one incised line.

“Blue Fluted Plain” was introduced in 1775 as Royal Copenhagen’s first service and has since become one of the world’s most recognisable porcelain patterns. The hand-painted decoration requires great precision and years of training, making every piece unique.
