Early antique serving dish in the Blue Fluted Plain pattern, decorated with hand-painted cobalt blue underglaze on ribbed porcelain. The dish is leaf-shaped with a softly undulating rim and an integrated handle, a form commonly used in the mid-19th century for serving small dishes.

Bio:
Blue Fluted Plain is Royal Copenhagen’s oldest pattern, introduced in 1775, and has remained a cornerstone of Danish porcelain production ever since. Early examples such as this are now highly sought after by collectors.
