Elegant coffee cups in white porcelain with hand-painted polychrome flowers and a gently scalloped rim with subtle gilt detailing. Marked to the base with the Meissen crossed swords.

Origin: Saxony, Germany.
Material: Porcelain.
Dimensions: Cup H. 4 cm, D. 8 cm. Saucer D. 12 cm.
Period: Early 20th century.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. First factory quality.

Bio:
Founded in 1710, Meissen is Europe’s oldest porcelain manufactory, renowned for its hard-paste porcelain, technical excellence, and long tradition of hand-painted decoration. In the early 20th century, Meissen continued producing refined coffee services with naturalistic floral motifs, characterised by precision, harmonious proportions, and consistently high craftsmanship.
