Antique small porcelain coffee cups with hand-painted decoration in pink tones. Classic Meissen aesthetic with delicate floral and band motifs.

Origin: Germany.
Material: Porcelain.
Dimensions: Cup H. 5 cm, D. 10 cm. Saucer D. 14 cm.
Period: Circa 1800.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.
Marking: Marked to the base with the Meissen crossed swords. 1st factory quality.

Bio:
Meissen Porcelain Manufactory was founded in 1710 in Saxony and is the oldest porcelain manufactory in Europe. It is renowned for pioneering true hard-paste porcelain and for the iconic crossed swords mark, used since the 1720s as a symbol of origin and quality. Meissen porcelain from the 18th and early 19th centuries is regarded as highly collectible and of major historical significance within European porcelain history.
