German large copper coffee pot, Art Nouveau.
Tall conical coffee pot executed in hammered copper with a stepped foot, curved spout and geometric handle. The lid features a turned finial with integrated hinge. A classic example of early 20th-century Jugendstil design.

Bio:
German copperware around 1900 was strongly influenced by the Art Nouveau movement, where functional objects were combined with refined artistic design. Hammered surfaces, geometric details and balanced proportions were typical of the period. Large coffee pots of this type were commonly used in private homes and cafés, reflecting the era’s emphasis on craftsmanship, durability and aesthetic quality.
