Bio:
Eva Staehr Nielsen (1911–1976) was a Danish ceramicist and one of the most important designers at Saxbo. She was associated with the workshop from the 1930s and created a number of iconic forms, including split-spout pitchers, characterised by soft, organic lines and rich, nuanced glazes. Her works are today considered central within Danish studio ceramics.
