Bio:
Arne Bang (1901–1983) was a Danish ceramicist and sculptor, known for his distinctive stoneware works with simple, sculptural forms and vibrant glazes. He was particularly active during the first half of the 20th century, creating pieces where form and surface interact closely. His ceramics are today regarded among the most important contributions to Danish art deco.
