Søren Christian Bjulf (1890–1958) was a Danish painter known for his evocative city scenes from Copenhagen. He frequently depicted everyday life at locations such as Gammel Strand and Højbro Plads, portraying fishmongers, postmen, and passersby in lively compositions. Working within a naturalistic tradition, Bjulf demonstrated a strong sensitivity to light and atmosphere, and his works are now appreciated as valuable visual records of a bygone Copenhagen.
