Bio:
Rey Urban (1929–2015) was a Swedish silversmith and designer known for his work within modern Scandinavian silver design. He produced both functional and sculptural objects and is particularly recognised for his hand hammered surfaces and organic forms. Urban worked with several Swedish workshops and represents a continuation of the Scandinavian modernist tradition, emphasising craftsmanship, material quality, and restrained aesthetics.
