Bio:
Johann Lötz Witwe was an Austrian glass manufacturer founded in 1836 in Klostermühle, Bohemia. The company became internationally renowned around 1900 for its iridescent art glass, inspired by organic forms and developed in collaboration with leading artists associated with the Wiener Werkstätte. Production continued into the interwar period, where more restrained decorative expressions such as this vase were produced.
