Decorative faience service in the Byron pattern with polychrome landscape and ruin decoration, produced in Staffordshire, England, featuring classic early 20th century transfer printing with hand-coloured details.

Material: Faience.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Copeland Spode was one of England’s most important porcelain and faience manufacturers, founded as Spode in Stoke-on-Trent in the late 18th century by Josiah Spode I (1733–1797). The company became internationally renowned for refined transferware, historic patterns, and high production standards, particularly in faience and porcelain for both British and global markets.
