Elegant set consisting of two porcelain serving dishes with organic forms and minimalist Nordic design, created for Rosenthal Studio-Line in the 1980s.

Origin: Germany.
Designer: Tapio Wirkkala (1915–1985).

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Tapio Wirkkala (1915–1985) was one of Finland’s most significant designers and sculptors, internationally acclaimed for his work in glass, porcelain, silver, and industrial design. His style combined nature’s organic lines with functionalist simplicity and sculptural precision. For Rosenthal Studio-Line, he created refined porcelain series that remain important examples of modern Nordic design.
