Napoleone Martinuzzi for Murano, set of four glass vases.
Set of four hand-blown glass vases with a frosted white surface and amber-coloured rim. Produced on Murano in characteristic Italian art glass with an elegant cylindrical form.

Origin: Italy.
Material: Art glass.
Dimensions: H. 9.5–10 cm, D. 4 cm.
Period: 1960/70s.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Napoleone Martinuzzi (1892–1977) was an Italian sculptor, designer and one of the most influential figures in twentieth-century Murano glass. He served as artistic director at Venini from 1925 to 1931, introducing innovative techniques and bold sculptural forms. He later established his own glassworks and created a body of work that is now considered among the most desirable examples of Italian art glass.
