Bio:
Ulrica Hydman-Vallien (1938–2018) was one of Sweden’s most influential glass artists and worked for Kosta Boda from 1972 onward. She became internationally renowned for her colourful and expressive decorations featuring hearts, snakes, tulips and human figures. Her work is represented in museum collections worldwide and is regarded as among the most iconic examples of modern Swedish glass art.
