Small glazed ceramic vase with a slender cylindrical form and hand-decorated pattern in yellow, green, and red tones. Model 673.

Origin: Sweden.
Material: Ceramic.
Dimensions: H. 16 cm, D. 7 cm.
Period: 1960s.
Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.

Bio:
Anna-Lisa Thomson (1905–1952) was a Swedish ceramic artist, sculptor, and designer, regarded as one of the foremost designers at Upsala Ekeby. She became renowned for her elegant nature-inspired forms and distinctive decorative patterns, which played an important role in twentieth-century Swedish ceramics. Several of her designs remained in production after her death and are highly sought after by collectors today.
