Bio:
Martti Rytkönen (born 1960) is a Finnish glass artist and designer. He studied glass and ceramics at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm and joined Orrefors in 1994 after receiving an Orrefors scholarship. He is best known for his graphic expression achieved through cutting, sandblasting and engraving crystal, and his works are represented in the collections of the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg and the Småland Museum in Växjö.
