Large antique two-part library bookcase / display cabinet in dark oak, dating from circa 1890–1910. The cabinet features an architectural late Victorian / early 20th-century historicist design with a strongly moulded cornice, fluted pilasters and plinth base.
The upper section is fitted with four sliding glazed doors and multiple shelves, while the lower section provides enclosed storage behind four panelled sliding doors. Its imposing proportions and traditional craftsmanship make it a distinctive antique library cabinet, vintage bookcase and statement storage piece.
